FAQ for Forum delegates


1. Registration

  • How does online registration work?

    To get registered, you are required to complete a registration form available on this website or just follow the link.

    Read and understand the information for participants and click “PARTICIPATE”. Next, fill in all fields marked with *. Be sure to specify your nickname in Telegram.
    It will be used as an alternative channel for sending your ticket, should your mail address fail to receive messages.

    Wait for the inscription “Thank you for your interest in our Forum. The Steering Committee members will contact you soon.”

    Registration is not deemed successful unless you have received a confirmation letter with a link to your personal electronic ticket.

    The letter will be sent to the address you specified in the registration form.

    Why did I fail to receive a response to my registration request? All initiated registrations are reviewed on an individual basis. It may take some time because of the large number of applications and the limit imposed on the number of participants. The Steering Committee may decline your registration without giving reasons, but you will be notified of that by e-mail. Please specify your corporate e-mail address in the course of the registration procedure.   • How should I pay for participation?

    Payment is made by bank transfer against an invoice issued by the Organizer (we recommend checking the banking details). Online payment by credit card is allowed. To clarify the payment method and details, the managers of the Steering Committee will contact you.

2. Payment for participation

The delegate participation fee is paid by bank transfer.

  • Payment against proforma-invoice (your company details are required to issue the invoice)

  • Online payment by bank card

Once your application has been received and reviewed, a Steering Committee officer will contact you to clarify the details of the payment method convenient for you.

4. PLUS-Forum mobile application

Be sure to install the PLUS-FORUM mobile application — your Forum Guide. Available for: iOS, Android. Use keywords ПЛАС Форум (Cyrillic) or PLUS Forum to find the app.

The application offers:

  • Detailed agenda with an option of addressing questions to the speaker
  • Detailed profiles of all sponsors and partners
  • Exhibition floor plan
  • A meeting scheduler

To schedule meetings with a PLUS-Forum delegate, use the mobile application.
To start scheduling meetings, set a time slot convenient for you when you first enter the “Meetings” section, where you can configure a convenient meetings schedule, invite participants, view accepted and declined meeting invitations.

5. At the event

  • What happens upon arrival at the Forum?

    • The registration procedure upon arrival at the venue:
      To receive a Forum participant badge at the registration desk, please present:
      • admission ticket bearing a unique ID (printed or saved on the gadget)
      • Your business card
    • After the registration, you will receive a personal badge and information materials of the Forum.
  • Where can I see the location of the stand?

    See the exhibition floor plan in theForum m-app and on the Forumweb-site.

6. Wi Fi

SSID for free Wi-Fi at the event: PLUS-Forum (no password required for connection)

7. Parking

  • From 8:00 a.m. on February 28, the parking lot of the Shopping Centre will be open specially for Forum delegates. The Centre is on the ground floors of the building where the hotel is located. Use the PLUS-Forum password, if required.

8. PLUS-Forum working hours

Early registration for participants’ convenience (the day before the event):

February, 27, from 4:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m.

Registration on the Forum day: February, 28, from 8:00 a.m.

Business programme: February, 28, from 9:00 a.m. till 7:00 p.m.

A standing dinner on 28 February, from 7:00 p.m. (by invitation only)

9. Conference

  • The Conference languages and interpreting

    The Conference languages are Russian and English. If you want to use a simultaneous translation service, receive the equipment at the Conference room entrance.

  • Where are the Conference Rooms located?

    The Conference will be held in two parallel sections in the Big and Writers’ Conference Rooms. Both are located on the second floor of the Business Center. Please see the floor plan in the Forum mobile application and the signs on the site.

    The Bishkek Hall is located on floor L, the entrance to the Hall Lobby is to the right of the Forum registration desk. You will find yourself in the exhibition organized in the Bishkek Hall Lobby.

    To get to the Tashrabat Hall, go down to floor 2 by the elevator from the Bishkek Room Lobby. The Hall is located opposite the elevator on the second floor.

10. Meals

  • Coffee breaks, lunch and standing dinner are for VIP ticket holders only.

    Please check the type of your ticket received by e-mail. VIP ticket holders will receive a special bracelet at the registration desk, which will become your pass to the catering area and restaurant where the standing dinner will take place.

    Standard ticket holders (meals not included) can have meals at the hotel's restaurant or lobby bar and pay on the spot.

11. Accommodation

The Sheraton Bishkek Hotel offers special prices for the PLUS-Forum participants. The prices are valid within 25-29 February, 2024. 12. After-event activities

  • Access to presentations

    Speakers' presentations allowed for distribution will be available to the delegates who completed the Delegate Questionnaire form in the PLUS-Forum mobile application.
    Links to the available presentations and photos will be emailed to the delegate at the address specified in the Questionnaire.
  • Photo and video materials

    Photos from the event, as well as the summing-up video about the PLUS-Forum, will be posted on the event website within two weeks after the end of the PLUS-Forum.
